Khatz Coats™
Wearable Legacy.
Khatz Coats™ is an active healing-centered apparel and cohort model delivering wearable legacy artifacts to women navigating cancer survivorship, trauma, and major life transitions. Each coat is custom-designed through a chakra awareness assessment, handcrafted by master artisan SAM at Alterations & More Tailor Shop in Toledo, and embedded with a QR-coded personal legacy declaration the woman carries for life. This work was featured in The Toledo Blade in July 2025.

Broken Crayons Still Coloring™ is in active engagement partnership development with The Victory Center in Toledo, Ohio to launch the inaugural Sponsor-a-Coat™ pilot cohort. A culminating public exhibition — Khatz Coats™: Wearable Form & Embodied Experience — is proposed for January 2027. Institutional pipeline includes Karmanos Cancer Institute, ProMedica, Corewell Health, and the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan.
