This is where leadership becomes infrastructure—and infrastructure becomes legacy.
Broken Crayons Still Coloring™ operates a system designed to support leaders who are building beyond programs—into place-based, fundable, and sustainable systems.
The Legacy Builders Circle is for those ready to move from vision into structured, scalable impact.
The Legacy Builders Circle is a guided cohort experience designed for leaders building:
This is not coaching.
This is system development at scale.
You are no longer asking:
“How do I grow this?”
You are building toward:
“How do I structure this to last?”
Inside this experience, we focus on:
This space is for:
4–6 month cohort experience
Facilitated sessions + structured milestones
Designed for implementation—not just ideation
This is not an open-access program.
Entry into the Legacy Builders Circle happens through system alignment.
If you are building at this level, the next step is not enrollment.
It is alignment.

The Work, Embodied
A textile-based body of work by Broken Crayons Still Coloring™
Legacy in motion: Beverly Barnhill
Khatz Coats™ is a textile-based wearable art practice exploring identity, healing, and transformation through sculptural garment design.
Each piece is developed through layered materials and intentional construction, allowing the garment to function as both a visual form and an embodied experience. Rooted in story, these works invite reflection, presence, and a deeper relationship between the wearer and the work itself.
Visibility is a form of healing.
This practice centers women of color, survivors, and creatives whose stories are often carried—but not always seen. Through material, structure, and form, Khatz Coats™ creates space for identity to be held, expressed, and witnessed.
Khatz Coats™ is currently in its prototype and development phase, advancing toward a refined body of exhibition-ready wearable works.
This stage includes:
Select pieces incorporate a narrative element, allowing each garment to function as a vessel of voice, reflection, and continuity over time.
These works are designed not only to be seen—but to be experienced, carried, and returned to.
Sponsor-a-Coat™ — Access the Experience
Sponsor-a-Coat™ is the access model that allows this work to be experienced in community.
Through sponsorship, participants engage in a guided process that culminates in both a completed garment and a recorded narrative moment—transforming each coat into a living expression of identity, voice, and presence.
This is not fashion.
This is wearable legacy—stitched with intention, and designed to hold what matters.
